A note from the director -
As the director of Prowess, my journey began in 2021 during maternity leave when I started visiting salons as a client rather than a stylist. This shift allowed me to fully appreciate the experience of getting my hair done and sparked a vision to create a space where the client experience is as prioritized as the end result. In our fast-paced lives, hair appointments often serve as cherished moments of self-care and relaxation. I envisioned Prowess as a tranquil sanctuary where you can unwind, indulge in pampering, and emerge feeling rejuvenated.

Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for mastering all aspects of hair, especially hair extensions. There's nothing more rewarding than witnessing the joy on a client's face when they see their transformed hair for the first time.
